• With other users you choose to contact or match with
• With family members you explicitly invite to your Family Portal
• With service providers (Firebase, Google) who help us operate the app

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) with industry-standard encryption. We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

• Update or correct your information
• Delete your account and associated data at any time from the Profile & Settings screen in the app
• Opt-out of non-essential communications
• Control location and photo permissions

7. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the app: open Profile & Settings, then tap Delete Account. This removes your profile, listings, and authentication account. You may also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.

8. Location Data

We use your location to:

• Show nearby housing listings
• Help verify addresses when creating listings
• Calculate distances to amenities

You can disable location access in your device settings, though some features may be limited.

9. Photos and Camera

We access your photo library and camera only when you choose to:

• Upload a profile picture
• Add photos to a listing
• Share images in messages

10. Children's Privacy

SeniorFindr is intended for users aged 50+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.

12. Third-Party Services

We use:

• Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and storage
• Google Sign-In for authentication
